We have an excellent track record of improving property performance in multiple markets. We specialize in suburban apartment complexes that need repositioning or improved operations.

Our clients can choose from several options, including full access to our online owner portal, direct deposit, and receiving statements via email, which enables us to fashion our services to meet their needs.

As President of Garnet Management, Ben brings more than 20 years of multifamily and mixed-use real estate expertise, navigating multiple market cycles with consistent success. He has guided the company through every phase of value-add investments in suburban apartment complexes—from acquisition and renovation to operation and disposition—delivering strong results for investors and stakeholders alike.

Ben’s career includes serving as Director of Development for Thor Equities, where he oversaw complex, high-profile projects, and as Asset Manager at Phoenix Realty Group, managing diverse real estate portfolios to optimize performance and value. These leadership roles further strengthened his ability to execute investment strategies across varying market conditions.

Ben holds a Master’s in Real Estate from New York University. His educational background, combined with more than two decades of hands-on real estate management experience, enables him to apply advanced market analysis, investment strategy, and asset management expertise to drive performance and long-term value.

Outside the office, Ben is an accomplished musician, performing drums and guitar with the band Happy Hour. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and divides his time between New York and New Orleans.
